A is for Ankheg
The problem with crease patterns is that it takes practically no time to sketch out one, but takes forever to fold.
Here’s one for an ankheg, an acid-spitting critter from the Monster Manual. It’s pretty much like any other insect – six legs, antenna, mandibles, etc. The leg flaps are deliberately placed where they are; packing efficiency is sacrificed here for structural stability; and ankhegs look like they have thicker legs anyway, compared to normal terrestial insects. Grid is 40×40.
